About Clinrova

Strategic Clinical Leadership for Investor-Ready Trials

Clinical operations strategy is the foundation early-stage biotech, diagnostics, and life sciences companies need to secure funding, go public, or prepare for acquisition—and I’ve been building and executing those strategies for nearly two decades.

I help you make smarter, more focused decisions about how to design and run your clinical program. Together, we’ll map out how to show operational readiness, manage vendors efficiently, and communicate your study's value to the people who matter most—your investors, board, and partners.

At Clinrova, everything starts with a risk-informed strategy. I focus on sponsor-dependent risks—like clinical operations capabilities, team resourcing, and vendor management—and support trial design decisions that shape the outcome of your raise or exit.

This isn’t just about getting a study up and running. It’s about positioning your program as credible, executable, and scalable in the eyes of stakeholders. I’ll help you build the clarity, confidence, and infrastructure you need to de-risk your clinical path—and move forward with momentum.

Let’s not just plan a trial. Let’s plan your next move.
